These Terms of Service govern your use of the Genutive Global Portal operated byGenutive Global Services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
We provide education consulting, immigration advisory, recruitment, and job marketplace services. Information on the platform is general guidance and does not constitute legal, immigration, or financial advice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed in your local currency. Refunds are available within 7 days of your first payment.
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings. Genutive does not scrape third-party job boards. Listings are admin-managed, employer-posted, or imported via authorised partner feeds.
All platform content, branding, and software are owned by Genutive Global Services. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genutive Global Services is not liable for visa outcomes, employment decisions, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sydney, Australia.
