The Platform provides technology, workflow management, collaboration tools and intelligent automation to support education, workforce development, skills recognition, migration pathways and career progression.
Genutive operates as a technology platform and ecosystem facilitator.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Genutive does not directly provide regulated education, migration, legal, recruitment or government services. Where regulated services are required, they are delivered by appropriately qualified, accredited, licensed or authorised partner organisations operating under their own professional obligations and applicable laws.

Certain Platform services may require payment.
Payments are securely processed using Stripe or other approved payment service providers.
Payment obligations, billing arrangements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Payment & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, source code, databases, user interfaces, graphics, branding, logos, designs, documentation, workflows and content, are owned by or licensed to Genutive.
